When using usaepay off-site payment, the page redirects to the usaepay sandbox url
https://sandbox.usaepay.com/interface/epayform/
with this error message ‘Unable to Process Payment Request’
Please advise.

Hi, could you ensure that you are using the correct credentials in the payment methods page and that there is no extra spacing before or after them?

Hi Dovid,
It looks like it might be an error in the file, if you don’t mind editing it I believe we can get it working for you.
Open /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/usaepay_offsite/payment.php

Please let us know if that resolves it. In the meantime I’ll raise a developer ticket to look into this.
