Urgent support – Issue creating tickets

Hello. We are having an issue creating tickets from the backend. When trying to register tickets we do not see any ticket options. Please find attached video : https://streamable.com/pwgc7c

Hi there,

You have an alternative registration URL set in your event settings, here:

https://monosnap.com/file/MJOumu6PJF0m6CL6FJOH5s6QeEuuCt

Remove that from the settings and save.

The ‘Alternative Registration URL’ option allows you to direct users from your event to another site to complete registration, setting that to be your sites home page will break registrations on both the front-end and the admin.
