URGENT – resending a changed message

For some reason some important info fell off our registration approved email. I have now updated the message and requed one – that worked to include new info. But then I did a batch reque and those did not include the new info. How can I make sure a reque pulls the revised message?

Hi there,

How did you resend the message?

If you resent the message from Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity, that’s resending the already generated message.

You need to retrigger the registration-approved email.

If this is for a specific event, go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.

Now EE lists all the registrations for that specific event.

Click the checkbox next to the registrations you want to resend the registration approved email to.

In the dropdown at the top select Approved And Notify: https://monosnap.com/file/Xycf4UsHIYMjOPfQjd9xWR0iAfAVO0

Click the apply button.

Event Espresso will then retrigger the messages, regenerate them based on your current template and send.
