Hi, using the promotions feature in EE is only allowing a code to be used once per event. I am getting the following error “Please note that this promotion’s Scope selector has been disabled because it has been redeemed at least once. This is done to maintain accounting accuracy.” It is very unhelpful to have to create a new promo code everytime someone wants to use it as we have multiple transactions. EE will also not allow me to edit the “scope” its stuck on Event only option. What can we do to allow the promotion to be used multiple times per event?

Hi Blake,
Are you setting anything for the “Number of Uses Per Scope Item” field for the promotions? Or anything set for “Total Number of Uses”? Unless there’s a limit that’s been set in either field, it will allow the promotion to be used multiple times for an event.

Hi can I upload a picture? We have unlimited uses for all scope items.. even tried setting a limit of 15 and after 1 it gets blocked. I have taken a screenshot but not sure how to upload it

The forums on this site do not allow for uploading files, but you can use a service like snipboard.io to share a screenshot.
Have any customizations been made to the promotions add-on on your site via hooks or filters?
