Hi, My name’s Marco Genovese and I am a paid user but not able to login into your site. Here’s the error message:
“503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.”
Can you please tell me what happens?

Hi,
This is a security issue to try and reduce spammers, it limits the number of IP addresses that can access the account. I have reset this for you, you should be able to log in via your main account now.

But this means that if I try logging in from another computer, the problem will recur?

Hi,
Not always, if you are using multiple IP addresses (5 or more) then the system will get concerned and ban you (we can reset it).

Marco, are you using several links? Sometimes bbpress will restrict posts that have more than 2 links. I will check to see if your post has been restricted.
I think this may be a bug in bbpress.

This is too weird. I only connect from my computer. Why this continues to happen? Can you please solve this problem permanently?

I figured that was the problem. I will speak to the developers to see if there is anything we can do to resolve it.

thanks again.
As a guide, I think between 45 and 60 in a month. But this is not a standard and I’m not so sure. I only know that my ip address is dynamic and it changes with each new connection.
Also, last week I’ve logged in to your forum no more than three times in 7 days but my account was suspended the same.
