we have a festival coming up in 2 weeks and everything was going smoothly with the registrations. But after the update today people are having trouble with our free ticket. They get this message: “There was a total of 0 tickets in the Event Queue, but only 1s (varying number here) registration was processed”. The registrations show up on the backend, but it says it is awaiting payment.
We have several registrations a day right now so the issue is urgent.
that is not a solution. We need the Multi Registration. It is one of the reasons why we use EE.
Where is all the registration information saved? My current idea is to restore from a backup from last night before the update, but I don’t want to loose the registration information that came in afterwards.
I restored the website from a backup and will wait with any updates until after the festival since I don’t havt time the coming days to fix things.
I will do it in 2 to 3 weeks and can let you know then.
