We’re having people paying, registering and suddenly we don’t know who they are! Since the update, we get BLANK registrations, but the plugin is accepting them nonetheless.
Also, people are constantly complaining about the system changing the quantity of the tickets (a bug which we can easily reproduce, as well as the blank registration).
This is a disaster since people are actually paying. It’s very hard to track them down, plus: now we have to ask them again for all the information they already gave us during registration.
I have not been able to replicate either of those issues locally. Do you have any information about how the clients registered (as I assume it isn’t all clients)? Such as browser used etc?
Regarding the ticket quantity, you advised that you can replicate this, can you please provide the steps you have used to do so?
Did either of these issues occur before updating to 4.4.4? And what version were you running before you updated please?
We have not received any screenshots, just checking if you had sent them?
I’ve been looking over your site and notice that regardless of which ticket I select within the ticket selector, the registration page always shows the same ticket.
This generally happens when the site is running caching and EE pages have not been set to be excluded from this.
Are you running any caching plugins or even server caching?
