Hi,
The registration page is not proceeding to the payment options. It just re-loads the registration page with a summary. here is the link to the page if you want to recreate the error on your side: https://adk-drama.co.za/wp/adk-virtuele-kunstefees/inskrywings-enrollments-drama/
I have done the following to troubleshoot:
Changed the theme
Tested from various computers and mobiles as well as from incognito mode
Changed the registration checkout page to a new page containing the shortcode and set it in the critical pages tab.
Updated all plugins
However, I have noticed that it does proceed to the payment page when I am logged into wordpress as an admin. This is very confusing, as I do not have any permission settings set up on the page.
Please assist urgently as this event needs to go live soon.

Hi there,
Theres an issue with reCaptcha on your site and that is what is preventing registrations. reCaptcha is disabled when logged in which is why it works for you then.
Right now you have the checkbox reCaptcha enabled in:
Event Espresso -> Registration form -> Reg Form Settings -> reCAPTCHA Anti-spam Settings
I recommend switching to the ‘invisible recaptcha’ but not that you will likely need to regenerate a new reCaptcha v2 key and set it to be used for invisible recaptcha. There is a link below the ‘Use Recaptcha’ option to take you directly to your Google console.

Hi, Thank you- I have generated a new invisible v2 Recaptcha as per your instructions above. But now I get the following error when testing while logged out:
We’re sorry but an attempt to verify the recaptcha has failed.Missing “g-captcha response” please try again.
Please let me know how to resolve this?

I’ve just tested another registration and didn’t get any errors, it looks like you’ve disable reCaptcha.
Can you re-enable it so I can take a look?

Strange, the EE recpatcha scripts aren’t loading on the page so there is no request/response.
Did you install/update Event Espresso through the admin menu or via FTP?
Create a new page on the site NOT using elementary and add [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] to that page.
Then in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages, set the the ‘
Registration Checkout Page’ option to the new page you just created and save.
Now restart a registration from the link you posted above whilst not logged in, does it work then?
