We are running latest version of EE4 – we have reports from users that they are unable to complete the registration process… all has been working without issue…
Some users are able to complete the process while others are not…
Assistance would be appreciated as this is a live environment.
If you go to Your Account Page scroll down a little and on the right you’ll see ‘Priority Support Token(s)’ with a link to a form you can use to provide login details.
Once you provide those details we can investigate your issue.
Adding a note here that we started looking at this earlier today.
