Teachers are trying to register for my events and can’t this is very bad guys – losing business. Please help The full message is “503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.” EE4 looks to not only not be installed in my plugins list, but when I try to install it by download from my account I get the message as well. Bill |
Hi Bill, What’s happening when the teachers try to register? Can you post a link to the registration page so we can investigate? |

Hi Josh: The entire a event espresso installation has disappeared. It no longer appears in the plug-ins list, and only my stripe payment gateway add-on and mailchimp add-on appear. Its as if EE4 was completely uninstalled. http://www.3rteachertraining.com > events I searched the error message in your form, and someone had a similar problem and it was an issue with their key. I hope we can resolve this quickly. Let me know if you need login info. Bill |
Hi Bill, You’ll need to reinstall Event Espresso 4. Please go to your account page and download your copy there. The downloads were down for about 1 hour last night for some accounts, but they are working now. |

I was abl to download and attempt to reinstall, but was not able to: “Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Destination folder already exists. /home1/btozzo/public_html/3rteachertraining.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/ Plugin install failed.” Please help guys, I am field tons of complaints, Bill |
Bill, When it says Destination folder exists, that means there’s already a copy of Event Espresso installed on your site. Unless its folder got emptied. You can verify whether the files are there by FTPing into your server and check the wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg folder’s contents. |

Thanks Josh, but that doesn’t help me. As I mentioned it does not show up on the backend as an installed plugin and won’t let me reinstall. This is getting very frustrating. Bill |
Hi, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login and a temporary SFTP / FTP so we can re-install the plugin for you? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears at the end of the form. Again, please ensure that the temporary login works and we’ll need a temporary SFTP / FTP login and a temporary WP-admin login. Thank you. — |

Hi Bill, You’ll need to delete the partial Event Espresso 4 plugin that’s in the wp-content/plugins folder on your server. You can delete the folder by FTPing into your server. After you delete the partial plugin, you will be able to re-install. |

Hi Josh: In the last post Lorenzo said you guys wold reinstall. I’ve left my desk. Could you please do as you said you would? Bill |
Hi, it looks like the upgrade timed out on the server as I found a partial plugin folder. It should be fixed now. Thanks — |
