Yes you can, and you can send that custom field to the product or the contact. You can use the FHEE__EEE_Infusionsoft_Ticket__sync_to_infusionsoft__product_data filter hook for sending the custom field to the product entry. You can use the FHEE__EED_Infusionsoft__save_infusionsoft_attendee__extra_attendee_data hook for sending the custom field to each contact.
