We have a document upload question on the registration form and at some point, the upload button disappeared. Cannot figure out how to get it back.

Hi,
Event Espresso does not actually include an upload question type, but there is a plugin that was developed by a third party that can add that the upload question type. Maybe that plugin was deactivated? If so, you could reactivate it to get that upload button back. Here’s a link to that plugin’s page in case you need to download it again:
