Upgraded to EE4

Hi, I completed the payment and logged into my acct. The reg key shown says
“Not compatible with Event Espresso 4” What am I missing?

Hi there,

It looks like your account did not automatically update when you purchased your license.

We have manually upgraded your account so you should not have access to EE4.

Do you currently have EE3 or EE4 installed on the site?

If EE3 which version number?
