Hi there,

EE4 is a completely different system to EE3, it’s basically rebuilt from the ground up and works differently than EE3. Looking over your site it looks like your fixed most of the above, but I’ll add some details here anyway:

An error has occurred: The requested route 50 could not be mapped to any registered modules.

This error happens if you are directly linking to an EE3 event and switch to EE4, the EE3 link used something like this:

example.com/event-registration/?ee=50

EE4 doesn’t use that structure so it doesn’t know what ?ee=50 is for and throws the above error.

Also the shortcode for the event does’t work. it just displays “View Details”

I see you’ve fixed this, but to note the shortcode is working, if only ‘View details’ was showing then EE was likely set not to dipslay the Ticket Selector on the event list or on the event itself. The above can be changed within Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates or within the individual event settings.

We upgraded because people were not able to purchase tickets once directed to paypal, now the system is really a mess. Please help.

Depending on what the problem was, upgrading to EE4 ma have already fixed this. Are you still having problems with payments?
