Upgrade to EE4, data lost

Hello
We just upgraded to EE4 and have lost the majority of our data. Some came across, but a lot did not.

How do we fix this?

Hi Sarah,

Can you post some details on which data is missing please, is it your events, registrations, payments or something else?

Did you have any customizations to EE3 when you were using that?

Also was this update ran on the live site or development?

Upcoming events, and most past events and registrations.

Hello.

It was done on a duplicate of our site, then moved across.

You can deactivate EE4, then reactivate EE3 to get access to the EE3 data. When you migrate a site to EE4, the EE3 tables aren’t changed.
