Upgrade to EE4

Hi, I purchased a Business License for what I imagine is EE3 on April 5th, 2014. I’d like to try the EE4 core to see if it could better suit what I’m looking for. It says on the EE4 page that “EE4 is released to Event Espresso 3 users for FREE.”

But I don’t have it in my downloads in my account and I can’t find any download links. How can I get access to it?
