Hello,

We have tried to upgrade to Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.9.53.p
not working ๐Ÿ™

We had to deactivate app customizations so users could register again. Still cannot upgrade

Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.

Hi there,

I looks like your server is having trouble connecting to ours, I’ll reset your license key to see if that help.

Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key from the license key field (cut).

Save the settings.

Replace the license key (paste) and save the settings again.

Now try the update again, does it work?

Followed the procedure and now when we try to update we are getting this ?
Before it would just fail …

Hi,

Can you please try again today? Also, can you please using a different web browser to see if that makes any difference?
