I purchased a full version license yesterday, copied and pasted the key into the support license key box, and saved, but I see nowhere where it allows me up upgrade.
In most cases, after you’ve updated the General Settings page, a prompt to upgrade will appear. You could try re-saving the page once more and the prompt may appear. If it does not appear, your option option is to do a manual update by following these steps:
1) Download the EE4 plugin from your account page
2) Go to your WP Dashboard Plugins page and deactivate and delete the decaf version of Event Espresso (you will not lose data because Event Espresso does not run uninstall scripts when you deactivate & delete the plugin)
3) Upload the new plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
4) Activate the plugin.
