Hi there,
Looks like you ran through the first migration step, you need to complete them all to full migrate the system over to the latest version of EE4.
So you need repeat the migrations until all steps are complete.

Your missing a section from the bottom of the migration page on your screenshot, it should look like this – http://take.ms/7fHsl
On your site do you not have the ‘Begin Database Update’ button below where your screenshot stops?
Currently you’ve completed the first migration but need to complete the rest – http://take.ms/0lwMT
You repeat the steps you did previously to run the first migration, so click the ‘Being Database Update’ button and follow any onscreen instructions to run the next migration step.
Continue to repeat this until all migrations are complete.
