I’m trying to update EE 3, because the message I get on the Plugins page is stating:
A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 3.1.37.7.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
The problem is that I’ve entered a valid Support License Key and I’m still receiving the error. When I try to download it manually from the EE website, it’s only showing me links to EE4 and nothing for EE3.
It turns out that your current support license only includes Event Espresso 4. If you intend on not updating to Event Espresso 4 anytime soon, you could contact sales, and someone from sales can help you switch to a Event Espresso 3 license.
