Would like your team to update the plugins for our site. We ran into an issue previously, and I want to make sure it is seamless this time.

Hi Justin,

You can redeem your support token by clicking on the link on your account page where it says: “To redeem your token(s) please complete this form”. Please describe the issue you ran into before so we’re aware of what happened earlier.
