After upgrading to 3.1.28.P, I am running into a strange problem trying to update attendee payments. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, I have no other Event Espresso Add-Ons installed, my site license key is set correctly, and I have no custom templates. When I reinstalled the plugin, I also deleted all wp_event* tables (after backing them up) and configured Event Espresso from scratch. The sequence of events is: 1) Attendee #1 registers and pays via PayPal. Payment marked Completed with correct transaction type and ID. 2) Several other attendees register but do not pay. 3) Attendee #10 registers and pays via check. Payment status remains incomplete. 4) I receive the check and update Attendee #10’s payment status to complete, credit them for the amount paid, and input the check number as their transaction ID. This correctly updates the amount paid and sets Attendee #10 to “completed”, but now ALL attendees have the same status, and everyone’s transaction type and ID have been overwritten with the values for #10. Amount paid and owed fields remain correct for all attendees. Attendee #1 is now set to Overpaid status. 5) I attempt to reset #1 payment status from “Overpaid” to “Completed”. Nothing happens. 6) I click on “Edit TIcket Price(s)” and click “Update Price” without changing anything (prices listed are still correct). #1 status resets to “Completed.” 7) I attempt to change Attendee #1’s transaction type and ID back to PayPal. This overwrites the transaction id and type for ALL attendees and sets everyone to “Overpaid”. 8) Clicking “Edit Ticket Price(s)” and “Update Price” on any other attendee correctly resets their status, but their transaction type and ID fields remain incorrect. Throughout all of this, the ticket prices, amount owed, and amount paid fields remain correct for all attendees. |
