Updating billing email address

Hello guys – Women Talk Events has now been shut down and I am reworking the site to use for Virtual summits. I need to ensure that all email addresses are changed to Nancy@seegerconsultinginc.com but I could not change the billing address without inputting new CC data. Since I won’t be doing that until I test some things on Virtual Summits and how I can use this software for that purpose – I would like ANY and all Notices to come to this email address. The nancy@womentalk.ca email box is shut down.

Also is there a way to reset the data on the site without manually deleting every ticket etc… I still own the domain and may reuse it for the virtual summits or set this up on another domain.

Hi Nancy,

I’ve asked our sales team to update your billing email address, they will contact you once that has been updated.

I see you’ve updated your EE.com email address and assume the address on your site is correct? (The email address set within Event Espresso install on your site)

Also is there a way to reset the data on the site without manually deleting every ticket etc… I still own the domain and may reuse it for the virtual summits or set this up on another domain.

It depends on the specifics of what you want to leave within Event Espresso.

We have an option to reset everything within Event Espresso back to default. So Event Espresso will be as it was when it was first installed on your site, meaning all event, registrations, tickets, settings etc will be reset but you can’t selectively keep data.
