Is there no other error in the logs right before the above?
Are you using any caching plugins?
I know from your previous thread that your PHP install has/had at least one module missing and that may also be the case here, but the above error doesn’t point to any specific file/function so we can’t narrow it down from that, unfortunately.
Does your host allow you to switch between PHP versions? For example, if you switch back to an older version does it show a different error?
(Note I’m running multiple sites on different test servers that allow me to switch between PHP versions, none of those show this error when running PHP 7.4.22 so I’d guess this is from another plugin or a missing PHP module currently).
Yeah, it sounds like there is a missing module with the version of PHP7.4 installed on the server, as it’s throwing an error in an output buffer it doesn’t give any details on what the error is or where it’s from so its really difficult to troubleshoot, unfortunately.
You could try comparing the PHP modules active on the current version of PHP, switch back to 7.4 and check if all of the sae modules are active.
