"Update package not available" when using active support license

Hello,

I just renewed a subscription and tried updating the EE3 plugin, but I get a message saying “Update package not available”. Can you please help me figure out what to do to get this plugin updated?

Hi Mark,

I’m sorry for the trouble. I looked into this and it appears there are multiple support license accounts that point to your website. I’m going to go through and reset the keys for each of those accounts. Can you follow these steps to make sure the correct key is in place on your site?

1) Go to your current account page.
2) Copy the support license key ending in 0f76
3) Go to your WordPress website dashboard, then to Event Espresso > General Settings
4) Remove the key by blanking out the support license keyfield, then save the settings page
5) Paste the copied key into the support license key field, then save the page again.
