Update links and logos

How/where do I update the links/logos. I see this in the email code:

[CO_FACEBOOK_URL]

Those links can be changed through Event Espresso –> General Settings under the sections Company Logo and Social Links:

As well, this link is not live when the email is sent. How do I correct this?

I was able to change social media links. When I try adding company logo, after I click Save all changes, page goes to one that has headers at top “From computer, from URL, Media Library, Add from Server”.

However, no logo is listed under Existing Logo, on the general settings page. Can you tell me how to add it? Are png files acceptable?

When you select the image, then are you saving from the general settings page?

On general settings page, I click upload image, then I choose my image and save. However, there is still no logo to view. It is in the media library now, though.

What do you mean by ‘not live’?

Is the link shown but doesn’t work? If not, does it show an error messages?

Is the link not parsing at all and just showing the shortcode within the email?

Can you provide more details please.

On general settings page, I click upload image, then I choose my image and save. However, there is still no logo to view. It is in the media library now, though.

Go back to the logo field, click to upload image and view the media library.

Click on your image, then click the ‘File URL’ and ‘Insert into post’ – http://take.ms/dvvDy

Does it work then?

Regarding the link above, it is not underlined/lit up, and if you click on it, it doesn’t go to any page.

2. I was able to add the logo. However, it shows up in a large gray header bar. Can you tell me how to delete the gray header bar? Thank you!

You need to build out the link within the message, something like this:

<a href="[FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK]">[FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK]</a>

Or

<a href="[FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK]">Click here to edit your registration</a>
