Hello, we only have 1 DOMAIN that we are using the software one but every time we try to validate the support key, we get an error message that say’s……
You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys.
Now we cannot update. If this can’t work for whatever reason, can someone explain how we can update please?
