I went to upgrade my installation of Event Espresso and got the following error.
A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 3.1.37.1.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

I only have one license key and one installation on this account.

Could you please reset my key

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

I followed the directions and still get the same error.
You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Hi Rob, please give your new support license key a try. It ends in ba:

I followed the update directions for the license key and the plugin would not update. I removed and reinstalled again and it worked this time. Thank you for your quick replies in support of this great product.
