Hi Guys, have seen there is an extension to auto send event reminders. It seems to have been ongoing since 2017, is it something that is nearing completion as we really need this functionality on our live site…

Hi,
It’s basically complete. We’ve been waiting for a few items to make it into WordPress core. If you’re using the beta version it’s essentially the same as what its final release will be.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for the info, we aren’t using the beta yet, would be looking to add it to our live site. If it’s pretty much ready I’m tempted to put it straight onto the live site unless you have a timescale to completion?

You could try it on a staging site first before adding to a production site.
