When I look up Upcoming Courses on my website page (https://www.orionassoc.net/upcoming-courses/) it is showing pass courses. How can these course be drop after the date happens? Also this page loads really slow do you know how I can get this page to load faster?
The page appears to be using a customized event list template. Normally the EE3 templates do not have a layout like that. Is there a shortcode on that page that’s generating that list of courses?
I cannot advise to make any changes to that page then because that [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode in Event Espresso 3 does more than just display a list of events.
Normally the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode will not display past events, but there may be some custom code within your site’s /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder (specifically in the event_list.php and or event_list_display.php template files). So the developer that made customizations to those files could take a look.
One thing you could do is go in to edit the past courses and make sure the course’s Registration End date is set to a date in the past. For example, the Course for March 11th: https://www.orionassoc.net/upcoming-courses/?ee=4138
still has an open registration form. You could edit that course so its Registration End date is 2019-03-10.
