Hi again,
When a customer goes to payment page, there is a list of links on the payment page. Here is the screenshot:

Is it possible to remove the list?

Hello, they are blog comment links. This will hide them using CSS:
.page-id-7450 .commentlist {display:none;}
Add the CSS above to your child theme’s stylesheet or a plugin like My Custom CSS.
