A client of mine was having this issue for all scanned barcodes while on continuous mode. I could not replicate the error on my end. I logged in as him using email/password and was able to replicate the error.
I found I was logging in using my username/password instead of my email/password – so I tried doing the same with his account, and strangely it worked. Logged out, logged in with email and tried again, got unsupported URL error when I scanned again.
This determines that you need to be logged in using username/password on the app.
I hope this helps anyone else with this error in the future.
I can’t reproduce this, I’ve tested both the Android and iOS app using my email/password on a couple of test sites and didn’t have any issues.
Which device are you using when testing this?
Any special characters in the user’s email address?
