I can scan from the android app but I cannot from the iOS app I get an “unsupported url” message. I need this to work for an upcoming event.

Additionally is it possible to add the QR code on the tickets to an email?

Hi there,

Just noting here that I have replied to your support token request on this.

Additionally is it possible to add the QR code on the tickets to an email?

Not currently the barcodes are generated using a JS library loaded within the browser, so you can’t include those within the emails as it stands.
