Unlimited Quantity of Tickets Maximum Purchase Amount

Is there a way to allow for an unlimited amount of tickets available for one ticket but have a maximum amount of tickets available to purchase per transaction?

You leave the Ticket Qty. field blank to allow for an unlimited amount, and set the Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event: field to your maximum amount of tickets available to purchase per transaction.
