We recently upgraded to EE Version 4.8.9.p. Our wordpress version is 4.1.8.
Since then, we have been unable to get anything working. I was able to create events, but as soon as I go to test the site and try to buy tickets, I started getting message – “Nothing in your event queue”.
After that I tried creating a new event from scratch, which then started giving error asking me to turn on wp_debug mode. This is the error message that I get, when I try buy tickets from this newly created event, I get the following error message,
An EE_Error exception was thrown! code: EEM_Base – _do_wpdb_query – 1733
“WPDB Error occurred, but no error message was logged by wpdb! The wpdb method called was “insert” and the arguments were “array ( 0 => ‘wp_esp_line_item’, 1 => array ( ‘LIN_code’ => ‘event-388’, ‘TXN_ID’ => 0, ‘LIN_name’ => ‘Navaratri Celebrations – 2015 – Chinmaya Mission Houston’, ‘LIN_desc’ => ‘ HOW DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
