unable to upload images to media library

In the last week, I’ve had trouble uploading images to the media folder. I get this error:

The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2017/11.

I was thinking maybe it had to do with space, so I deleted some images and then it worked, but then the same issue came up again.

Hi Jen,

This is usually a permissions issue and will need to be fixed by your host provider.

I recommend creating a ticket with them with the above information and they should be able to fix that for you.
