Unable to upgrade product

I was finally able to enter my license key for EE4, and now I get this error:

It appears you’ve tried entering an api key to upgrade to the premium version of Event Espresso 4 Decaf, however, the key does not appear to be valid. This is the message received back from the server:
An automatic update for Event Espresso 4 Decaf is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Hi there,

May I ask was the key that you entered the one ending with 7029? That’s the key that’s printed on your account page.
