Get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare espresso_version() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/universityofutahhockey.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-28/espresso.php:34) in /var/www/vhosts/universityofutahhockey.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso_3-1-31-alpha/espresso.php on line 36
It looks like you have two versions of Event Espresso installed because it can not be redeclared when it is already being declared once. Can you delete the old version files so you only have one version?
Removed 3.1.27 & 3.1.30 manually.
Downloaded 3.1.36 and attempted install.
Received the following:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare espresso_version() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/universityofutahhockey.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-28/espresso.php:34) in /var/www/vhosts/universityofutahhockey.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/espresso.php on line 35
Only one version of the plugin can be activated at any time (like all plugins), otherwise you will get a fatal error.
Please make sure that all instances of Event Espresso are de-activated and then activate the most latest version (3.1.36.4).
It is a good idea to delete any plugins that are not in use. It is also a good idea to back up your site in case you wish to revert back for any reason.
