Unable to update EE4 Automatically

Hi, I’m unable to update EE4 automatically as it says,

You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

I only have one domain and that is the one it is registered to. I’m hesitant to update manually through FTP as I’m not sure if it will overwrite everything.

Please advise what I should do?

Hi Julie,

I have reset your licence key (you should get an email confirmation). If this does not resolve the issue please advise further.
