Unable to submit Registration form

HI I have set up my event in event espresso and i am using the seating chart plugin. When i select a seat then fill out my name , email etc on the short form and hit submit nothing happens i have been through all the documentation and cannot see where i have gone wrong.

Hi James, the link you supplied is just going to a 404 error page. Could you double check it please?
