Recently, we have had an issue were a group cannot register multiple people on their registration. They receive the following message:
An error has occurred:
You have entered an email address that matches an existing user account in our system. You can only submit registrations for your own account or for a person that does not exist in the system. Please use a different email address.
This has never happened in the past and we would like for our event attendees to be able to multiple people who already exist in the system.
The support post ‘Unable to register other people who have an existing account’ is closed to new replies.
