Hi, I am having an issue getting the registration process completed for all events on my site. It seems to work correctly when I change the theme to something more basic. I am currently running X-Theme. I removed any custom CSS and still it just loads to a page that says “Your Class” with nothing else displayed other than portfolio. Do you all know where I should start looking to get this fixed? Thank you for your time. The site is elementsartcenter.com I have it offline until I can fix it because customers were calling complaining.

Hi,
You could check the browser’s console for JavaScript errors. Also, it might help to make sure you have the latest version of the x theme and the latest version of the companion page builder (e.g. Cornerstone).

Thank you Josh. Looking to upgrade it all but just short the money right now. I found this error:

I think I just made some progress by editing the page the cart shortcode is applied. The template was set to portfolio. I changed it to default and it works.
