I have an event set up with multiple datetimes and a separate ticket for each datetime. I am using the Multiple Event Registrations plugin to add several tickets at a time to the event cart, as shown in the attached screenshot. Only 1 ticket max is allowed per each datetime, per registration. However, in the scenario someone wants to return and register for an additional ticket, specifically one they didn’t register for before, no form at all is shown after clicking register from the cart, and it goes straight to our Thank You page. No additional registration is recorded in Registrations either. This seems to happen on a per IP basis, and registration is only possible again for that IP once I delete all registrations made by that IP previously. Am I using the MER plugin properly here, or is there something I’m missing? |

Update: It appears as if manually emptying the Event Cart (which still contains all the datetimes selected previously by the user, even if registration is completed) seems to solve the issue. So my question should now evolve to, how come the user’s Event Cart doesn’t empty after registration is completed? Is this normal behavior? |

The thank-you page shortcode finalizes the session and as it isn’t set on the page the session isn’t being finalized. Edit the page and add the |
