unable to properly install EE

HI,
I purchased a licence and tried to install EE4 earlier but I cannot see anything in the menu at the side to enable me to start using EE4.
I had installed the decaf version by mistake, and removed that. I also installed the Learndash integration, but removed that as well.
I did a new install of EE4 and from the start page clicked on the link to setup payment methods (which went to https://gettingahead.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_payment_settings) and gave me an error of “You do not have access to this route.”
Should I uninstall all EE components or is there a simple solution?

Hi there,

Sounds like the capabilities needed to access EE were not added to your account, I’m assuming you are logged in as an admin?

Go here:

https://gettingahead.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings

Can you see a ‘Reset/Delete Data’ tab?

If so, click that and then click the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button, does it work then?
