Unable To Process EE Renewal Through Your Site

Good Morning,

For Several days I have been trying to pay for the EE renewal using the link provided in the email you sent me.

It states that there is a error and that I need to contact support.

Hi Chris,

I was able to switch to your account and go through all the way to the check out page. At what point did you see the error? Was there anymore information provided by the error? Which browser are you using? Our site works with the latest version of all major browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari).
