Hello, I had 21 deleted registrations in the trash. Unable to permanently delete this registration. Before this registration can be permanently deleted, all registrations made in the same transaction must be trashed as well. These registrations will be permanently deleted in the same action. So how do I now delete this one registration from the trash permanently? Obviously I cannot bring back the other 20 that among which some where tied to this one. Suggestion in general to make things easier: Thanks so much and have a great day! |

Hi, You can actually increase the items displayed per page to 40 or more. You click on the Screen Options tab on the upper right corner of the page, then change the pagination setting. With regards to the registration you want to delete, are there any other related registrations that haven’t been trashed yet? |

Are there any other related registrations from that transaction that haven’t been trashed yet? |

Well no. All of the registrations I am trying to delete are in the trash. I can delete individual registrations using the trash link under the registration, but I can’t delete a whole page at once, or more than one registration even if it is linked to the same transaction. |

And every time I delete one it takes me back to the main registration page which is very time consuming. I have a lot of registrations in the trash I need to delete. |

Okay, so I have been able to delete some multiple ones now. Strange that it worked for some and not others. |
If any of the registrations have payments attached you’ll need to delete the payments first. |

Yes, thanks Josh. |
Hi Josh, thanks so much for your help and advice. Yes, there were more related registrations not trashed yet, so now it works fine. Thanks again! |
