Unable to make correct event URL

I need to make url like http://domain.com/event-article/second-section/myevent-slug.

But it is removing “/” before the second-section and make it like http://domain.com/event-articlesecond-section/myevent-slug.

Please help. also refer to screenshot.

How do you have this setup currently?

Where are you setting the slug?
