Assistance please.
I can generate the invoice viewing page. The button at the top says DOWNLOAD PDF. When I or the customer’s presses on DOWNLOAD PDF copy. The download reads FAILED NETWORK error and the pdf is not viewable.
Any idea why this would happen. I have no special fonts in the invoice. Running Event Espresso decaf 4.10.1p. My PHP version is 7.1. However, If I change this to a higher version the result is the same. I have checked my .htcaccess and can not see any of the other recommended solutions. I am running OCEAN WP Theme and Ninja forms and turned these off in teh trouble shooting. But no luck. I do have an error for API reset related to Event Espresso and this may be the problem. Any ideas on how I can fix The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received. This REST API error goes away If I deactivate Event Espresso. I have reviewed the other recommendation but have not be able to locate the solution.
Any ideas of things I can try so customers can download the invoice?

Hi there,
It sounds like the request to generate the PDF might be throwing a fatal error and closing the connection.
Have you checked the servers error logs from around the same time as clicking to download the PDF?
Running Event Espresso decaf 4.10.1p.
May I ask why you are running decaf rather than the full version of Event Espresso? You have a license which gives you access to the full version on your account page.

Is there another part of that error that indicates its an issue with the REST API? That error means a cURL request on your site is timing out, not an issue with REST.
