Trying to download the files to install and i keep getting

503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.

FYI, Please don’t reset my license key running EE3 to fix. I purchased a new EE4 license today to try it out and need the old EE3 license to stay in effect.

But I cannot download due to the error posted by me earlier.

Hi James,

I’m sorry for the trouble. Downloads links were failing earlier this evening for some accounts. We’ve identified the problem and fixed it. You will be able to download them now.

No worries and Thank You. I only see 1 key in my account but I think I should see two. One for the EE3 version I am currently running and 1 for the EE4 version I just purchased. Am I missing something? Thanks

Hi,

It looks like your EE3 licence expired 3rd March 2015. The EE4 licence was purchased 11th March 2015. Purchasing EE4 does not provide access to EE3.
