Unable To Download Plugin After Purchase

I just purchased the Event Espresso Business License & Permissions Pro Add-on, however these items are not available for download under my account page. (Only the Free version is available)

I should also note that I created this username before I purchased the plugin and used the same email address upon payment as the one for this account.

Lastly, I wasn’t logged in when I made the purchase.

I’m sorry for the delay. I’m unsure of why your account was not correctly configured, but I’ve manually updated it an you should have your access and license key now. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Just observing from afar I notice that you all truly have outstanding customer support
